- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging (box, tags, etc.).
- Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Initiating an Exchange:
- Contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
- Let us know the new size or style you’d like to exchange for.
Processing Your Exchange:
- We will process your exchange after your request. Next day delivery man come to your place, take back the previous shoe and give the exchange.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, you can choose another product or request a store credit.
- Shipping costs for the exchange may apply 30 AED.
